Initial Meeting
Every project begins with an initial consultation. This meeting is your opportunity to share your ideas, desires, and any challenges you are experiencing with your garden.
During our meeting, I will listen attentively to understand how you wish to use the space, the styles that inspire you, and the atmosphere you aim to create. I will also provide my professional insight into your garden's potential and propose tailored solutions to address any existing issues.
Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed summary with recommendations, a clear plan for the next steps, and an overview of the estimated costs — providing you with a transparent and confident path forward.
Survey and Site Analyse
Your garden dream begins with a detailed Site Survey and Analysis. Alongside the survey, you will be invited to complete a garden brief outlining my vision for the space, which we will then review and discuss together.
Following the survey, I will draw up a Concept Plan featuring my recommendations for the best design layout for your garden. If there are any challenging or problem areas, I will suggest the most effective solutions. Before proceeding to the final Garden Master Plan, I will also prepare a Mood Board to help you clearly visualize your new space.
Presentation Plan
Throughout the process we will have up to three contact opportunities to revise the design. I will suggest the best matching materials, the best suppliers. If bespoke structures are needed I can provide a specification drawing.
At The end of the process I provide:
• Presentation Plan.
• Visualisation Drawing which would be- Elevation, Axonometric Drawing or 3D Model.
• Layout Plan for Contractor.
Planting Plan
A Planting Plan, following your wishes and my recommendations. The best solution is ecological planting, where I will suggest plants according to soil type, site position and with all year around interest. With the planting plan I prepare a list of plants with their Latin names and Quantity required. Visualisation Drawing in request.
